Welcome Back

It’s with excitement, happiness, and pleasure that we announce, we are officially reopening Frontier Performance on Monday June 15, 2020.

In accordance to the recommendations provided by the Alberta Government, here is our reopening plan:

Please understand that we are doing everything we possibly can to manage COVID-19, and all of this information is subject to change as we learn to use our space in this new way. As the Alberta government relaxes restrictions, so will we.

Facility Admittance

Upon arrival at Frontier Performance, please immediately use the hand sanitizer provided.
Sanitizer is available at the front/back entrance, and at the water fountain.

Please review the COVID-19 self screening checklist, each time you arrive, at the front entrance. If you answer “yes” to any of the questions, you can not participate.

Any participant that is exhibiting any symptoms cannot enter the facility or participate.

Cleanliness Initiatives

We have increased the amount of cleaning supplies available.

Always use a fresh cloth to clean up your equipment, throw the dirty cloth in the laundry bin at the conclusion of your workout.

Post-Workout
At the conclusion of your workout, you must clean your zone or platform

  • Mop up any sweat. (Try to avoid laying on the floor)

    • Try not to use too much water so it has time to dry before the next class.

    • Do not soak the platforms in water

    • There is a mop for the weightlifting area, and a different mop for the conditioning area.

  • All barbells/dumbbells/kettlebells/plates/pull up bars, wall balls, mats etc… must be sprayed down at the conclusion of the workout

Air Quality

  • Limit Assault Bike use when possible. Assault Bikes can still be used if it is a scale-option for your own needs.

  • Weather permitting, we will have the garage doors open to encourage fresh airflow.

  • Please do not use the big fans.
